1. The assigned higher designation does not entitle the employee to claim any financial or seniority benefits in the future.
2. The employee will exercise all administrative and financial powers of the assigned higher designation.
3. Eligibility for higher designation includes relevant qualifications as per the regulations.
4. If the employee does not meet the qualifications, this order will be considered null and void.
5. The employee must join the new institution within 7 working days and report back through the District Education Officer.
